Refund policy

In the unlikely event that there's an issue with your chicken tractor, please contact us for a return authorisation and to arrange return shipment.

Aussie Chicken Coops will cover return shipment for any manufacturing quality issues that cannot be rectified. For all other returns shipping is at the customer's expense.

Refunds will only be accepted within 14 days of sale on unopened flat-pack units in good condition. Refunds will be processed in full less any transaction fees not refunded by payment providers and a restocking/admin fee.
